• Why is this website so amazing?
  That's simple – the people who thought of developing this website are amazing. It's also amazing because it makes the lives or thousands of students across the country better and easier... for FREE.
• How come I didn't think of creating this website?
  You were probably caught up with trying to find friends and getting your homework done. We suggest you find someone that also wants to be an entrepreneur and start brainstorming some ideas.
• What if I want to become a member of this site and I'm young enough to be a student but I'm not in school?
  Go to school. It's a good idea, we promise.
• Why are these FAQs so amazing?
  That's just how we do things around here.

• Do I have to currently be in school to become a member?
  Yes. The easiest way to register for an account is with a campus email address (yyyy@xxx.edu). If you have one of these then we know you're in school.
• What if I'm currently a student but my school doesn't issue campus email addresses that look like yyyy@xxx.edu?
  Simple – begin registration and select the, 'I don't have a campus email address' option. From there, you can fax or email us your student verification info.
• How do I register to become a member?
  Creating an account is easy. Simply click here and complete the forms. Once you complete registration, we'll send you an email to confirm your email address. You have to click on the link in the email in order to complete registration.
• What if the link in my registration email isn't working?
  First try to copy and paste the link into your Internet browser. If that doesn't work, forward your email to and we'll try to help.

• What if I'm having difficulty accessing one of the discounts?
  There are many reasons why this could be happening. If there a problem with the Campus Exclusive site or one of our links, then please send us an email to and let us know. If there's a problem with one of our affiliates websites then wait a day or so to see if they fix the problem. If the problem persists, then send us an email and we'll be happy to look into it.
• Why are some discounts only available to Campus Promoters?
  As a little incentive to become a Campus Promoter, we've made some of our discounts only available to this group of members. As a reminder, becoming a Campus Promoter is absolutely free and doesn't mean that you ever have to do any work. Becoming a Campus Promoter simply means that you become one of our on-campus employees and allows you to view our different money-making options. There's no reason not to sign up.
• What if I've signed up for a discount on my existing cell phone service but don't see the discount applied to my monthly statement?
  In some cases, it will take up to 60 days before you will begin receiving the discount on your monthly cell phone service. If it has been more than 2 billing cycles since you signed up for the discount and you still don't see the discount on your bill, send us an email with all of the necessary information to and we'll look into the problem for you.

• What is a Campus Promoter?
  A Campus Promoter is member of our site who is interested in making money during their spare time on campus. When you sign up to be a Campus Promoter, you automatically become one of our on-campus employees, which allows you to view our current money-making opportunities and gives you access to many more discounts on our site. Keep in mind that becoming a Campus Promoter is absolutely free and never requires you to do any work unless you want to.
• How can I make money from school in my spare time?
  Once you become a member Campus Exclusive, signing up as a Campus Promoter only takes 1 second and will give you access to a number of options to choose from to make money. There are never any commitments for you to do any work... signing up as a Campus Promoter is absolutely free and simply means that you become one of our on-campus employees and allows you to view the different money-making options. Signing up to become a Campus Promoter will also give you access to many more amazing discounts. There's no reason not to sign up.
• How will I be paid by Campus Exclusive for my work?
  Campus Promoters will be paid using PayPal. If you don't already have a PayPal account, setting one up only takes a few seconds and can be done by clicking here. To see more specific payment details, you'll have to sign up as a Campus Promoter on the site.
• Why does the status of my commission payment say 'pending'?
  If the status of your commission is 'pending' then we have sent you a PayPal payment but you have not yet accepted it. All payments we send go to the personal email address we have on file for you, so please make sure you've added this address to your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account setup yet, go to www.paypal.com to set one up and receive your payment.
• Why does the status of my commission payment say 'unpaid'?
  If the status of your commission is 'unpaid' then we have not yet sent you your payment. We will do so within the amount of time specified on the Campus Promoter homepage.
• When will my school have access to the Tumi discount so I can earn commissions by referring purchases of Tumi products?
  We are constantly adding the Tumi discount to more schools. If you'd like to have the Tumi discount at your school, send us an email to and let us know.

• Can I post an ad in any category?
  Yes. As a member of the site, you can post or view ads in any category that we have listed.
• How do I edit or remove an ad that I posted?
  In order to edit or remove an ad that you've posted, go to your My Account section and then select the 'My Listings' tab.
• Can I view/post ads at other schools?
  Yes. To post an ad at another school, simply select the 'select another school' link from the Campus Exchange homepage.
• What if I'd like to suggest a new category for this section?

• Can I apply to an internship through the Campus Exclusive site?
  No. All applications must be submitted to employers offline. Employers typically prefer that you contact them via email but all contact information should be available with the posting.
• What if someone I know wants to post an internship opportunity on the Campus Exclusive site?
  In order to post an opportunity, go to www.campusexclusive.com/jobs where employers can easily sign up for an account and post internship opportunities for students to view.
